To maintain and develop continued growth we are looking for an experienced Sales Support Person to join our Negotiation Team within our exciting Brisbane Branch.
The position will encompass ,
Liaising with Route Managers, suppliers/overseas agents and partners to establish and/or improve rates and services
Responsible for the deployment of information regarding the quotes prepared with the customer to overseas agents and to all internal departments involved
Managing and maintaining the data entry of international rates schedules for both air and sea import and export in the client rates, company tariff and costing tariff
Ensuring overseas agents provide all the necessary details as set out in the Pricing Schedules
Maintaining and updating Carrier files with broadcasts and pricing
Assisting in tender documentation and processes with relevant staff
Preparing of correspondence needing neat presentation as requested by Sales Department
Reporting, solving and reviewing all discrepancies and customer complaints and concerns with a view to preventing recurrence and eradicating identified Issues
General administrative support to the NSW Sales Dept. as required .
