Core competency in International Freight Forwarding and contract warehousing and distribution, is complemented by customs clearance services in all major trade gateways of Australia. The role is located in Brisbane Airport area. Working for a well respected organisation with a focus & drive on air and ocean freight cargo, the successful candidate will be working within a close knit team environment and your role will encompass and not be limited to developing new business. Developing relationships with both overseas agents & internal/external clients
Attending sales meetings & weekly reporting as well as attending to social functions will be imperative to your role. The role is open to individuals who have; A proven sales record within a freight forwarding environment on a local level. Minimum 2 years local exposure - No trade lane specific required but you must have a strong focus on sea freight and an excellent understanding of processes in an operations capacity.
