Our client, a rapidly expanding Earthmoving Contractor providing a variety of services to the Mining and Civil Construction industries requires the services of an experienced Administrator for an immediate start.
Being the face of the business the ideal candidate will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
Ability to work autonomously
Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs & MYOB
Experience in preparing detailed documentation including financial reporting
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
High levels of professionalism, excellent telephone manner, excellent time management skills, honest and trustworthy
Accounts payable and receivable using MYOB
Processing of employee timesheets
Accurate data entry and filing
All aspects of Payroll utilising MYOB
Customer service focused
Office All-rounder
A sound knowledge of Occupational Heath and Safety documents and procedures
The ability to facilitate inductions in consultation with the Company Director
