WorkPac, an Australian owned and operated recruitment solutions provider has won a five year contract to service BHP Billiton's Olympic Dam mining operation.
Under the arrangement, WorkPac will provide Industrial and Professional employees to help drive productivity and growth for South Australia's biggest long term mining operation.
Position details:
Shutdown Logistics Officer.
The purpose of this role is to manage the accommodation and site access of labour as required by the shutdown maintenance team.
It also includes understanding of business priorities to be able to allocate personnel to appropriately located accommodation
This is a high volume position primarily responsible for coordinating accommodation for all shutdown personnel. Duties also include organising site access, induction and locker/PPE requirements, account reconciliation and assisting with accommodation coordination and preparation of induction schedules where required.
